Persons aged 14 years have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,90 per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay.
Reservation
No deposit is required for a booking! We only need a written confirmation. (E-Mail) Alternatively, the reservation can be made online via our homepage in a few steps! In both cases you will receive a confirmation (by e-mail) immediately afterwards and the reservation will be valid! The outstanding amount can then be paid preferably in cash, or by ec- or credit card (we accept Master and Visa).If you pay in cash, you will receive a discount of 0,5% on the invoice amount.
Cancellation" sounds annoying, and it usually is for everyone involved. But of course, something can happen to anyone!
We therefore always advise our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance, which you can take out with little effort through our partner insurance, the “Europäische Reiseversicherung” >> HERE <<.
If, on the other hand, you deliberately choose not to take out travel cancellation insurance, then please understand that we may have to insure ourselves against cancellations and therefore apply the following cancellation policy:
For reservations, no deposit is required, and the holiday can be cancelled free of charge and without complications up to 30 days before the start of the holiday!
